I decided I’m going to try and make a Pitch Black bust
I am disappointed that there aren’t any Rise of the Guardians action figures.
Although I would probably only be interested in Pitch anyway. Might try my hand at a mini bust sculpture in Super Sculpey and paint it :D

Commissions for 2013
After already completing a couple of commissions this year, I thought I would best advertise here to let you guys know I am taking them on again.

So I completed my Frankenweenie sculpture this evening, perfect Halloween timing :)
Fimo and Sculpey III clays (including Glow in the Dark and Granite) with black and white acrylic paint detailing to finish.
Total time, about 7 hours.

Made this little fella last night as a commission pick up for Play Expo this weekend.
Conker the Squirrel from the old N64 game.
FIMO soft and Sculpey III clays with a little acrylic paint to finish.
About 3 hours sculpting time.
I did this sculpture as a favour to a friend for picking up issue #280 of Nintendo Power, which featured one of my Zelda clays of classic Link.
He wanted a Zero sculpture in return for it, so I chose to make it from flourescent FIMO clay.
Both the pumpkin on his nose and his whole body glow when exposed to the light for a short period of time.
Looks great as a Hallowe’en ornament!
This clay also looks a little like ivory in natural light, so gives off that “boney” look too.
Really had fun with this!
